Squam Brewing Winter Wheat

Winter Wheat became available on New Years Day, 2011. At 7.2% ABV, this wheat beer has more alcohol than most. The watercolor is a view of a cross country skier on Mount Morgan with Squam Lake in the background.

Dogfish Head Burton Baton

This is a blended beer that we've been brewing for the past several years and it's recently been gaining in popularity.

For Burton Baton we first brew two 'threads' or batches of beer: an English-style Old Ale and an Imperial IPA. After fementating the separate beers in our stainless tanks, the two are transferred and blended together in one of our large oak tanks. Burton Baton sits on the wood for about a month.

Allagash Dubbel boasts a dark mahogany color with ruby hues and a complex malty taste. The finish is dry with subtle hints of chocolate and nuts. With time, Allagash Dubbel will mature in the bottle and acquire distinctive port and sherry characteristics.

Ommegeddon from Ommegang Brewing

Ommegeddon is 8% ABV Belgian-style ale with a wild twist ¯ a dose of Brettanomyces yeast and a blast of dry hopping. Our Hoptical Illusion IPA is brewed with a generous amount of this select hop that’s added five different ways for maximum hop flavor. The delicious, resiny, citrus-burst that you taste is the “Essence of the Hop” which is balanced by a malty backbone yielding an intense, golden ale. Hoptical Illusion tantalizes beer lovers’ taste-buds, while its colorful, psychedelic packaging is candy for the eyes.
